Rotterdam -
View on Tarwewijk, the old grain warehouse. Tarwewijk in Rotterdam was built for dockers, sailors, workers and their families. Some of them still come to the harbour every day. ‘In my house miss the smell of the water,’ an old sailor said. He sailed on big cargo ships all over the world, lost his heart to Brazil, but came back to Rotterdam. His daughter is a social worker. ‘She helps unemployed people find jobs.’
