Lagos -  People dont dress up with guns like this often, infact it only happens once a year, there is obviously something responsible for this and that is the hidden force. In this case the factor responsible for this is the presence of the Emir in the Durbar celebrations marking the end of the muslim fastings and prayers. Adolphus
