Public Territories: party left over

Rotterdam -  In the Netherlands people appropriate public spaces at least one or two times a year: at April 30 during Queen’s Day and when the National Football team participates in a international championship. The streets turn orange. When the party is over one might forget to clean the decoration in detail.
