Lets go shopping

Rotterdam -  A submerged shopping cart in the middle of a shopping centre. What does that tell you? I once heard that a shopping cart costs around 600 euros. I don’t know if that is true but this sure is a waste. The only nice thing about it is the location. It’s right beneath a bridge. So the ‘thrower’ must have really made an effort.
