No littering, no skating, no hanging around, no sleeping part II

Rotterdam -  Maybe 20 meters away form the other bench (see the post: No littering, no skating, no hanging around, no sleeping part I) Did they forget to place the anti-sleeping-thingies, we saw in the other picture? Maybe. But maybe the bench is curved in such a way that you will roll off as soon as you fall asleep. And that the only way to sleep sort of comfortable, is to lay flat on your belly.
