Rotterdam -  The OK sign is an initiative by the Foundation for Reporting Violence. The Foundation wants to stimulate citizens to call the police when they witness violence in public space. The sign suggests that an act of violence took place at this spot. (outside the Mc Donalds at the Coolsingel.
