Rotterdam -  This may be the weirdest sign I have ever seen in our Rotterdam ‘Attempts to regulate with written words-collection’ so far. It is put on a window of an empty house and says: “This window has been blinded and will be processed by the Rotterdam Window Company Ltd. You can always count on us, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.“

What has happened, what will happen? Apparently some one will come and do something about this window. Maybe soon.
