Rotterdam at work: having a break III

Rotterdam -  This place is called ‘Lolletje’; the meaning is similar to joking. My first thought when I look around is that it is a restaurant, but I have no clue what kind of food they serve. At the moment when the photo is taken nobody is serving anything. The only employee that is present is sleeping on the couch.
