Rotterdam -  At first I didn’t notice it, but than I saw it. The brush besides the garbage container. Whether somebody forgot to throw it away, or placed it there. I don’t know. But I really like the idea of the possiblity that one of the neighbors took the initiative to leave this brush next to the garbage container. In order to motivate people to take care of this container.
