Rotisserie’s employee gets a chicken spit from a “dog’s television†(how the machine that grills chicken is called). In the picture, “Samuca", how he’s known between the customers, has been cutting and serving chicken in the same place for 20 years. He says he cuts up to 150 chickens on Sundays.
