The Method of Preserving Garlic

Asira ash Shamaliya -  Through the dehydration garlic is preserved by hanging it away from the sun, while remaining well ventilated. This is how garlic is preserved in Palestinian homes, usually on drawers or somewhere close to the kitchen window or balcony.
