Bishkek -
This is a poster of one of the political parties (Republic in Russian) in Kyrgyzstan. Behind it is a building that has been under construction already for a few years (future mall – its one of the trends in our country), surrounded by barbed wire. This poster and building have a related story. The government promises ‘a bright future’, but parties come and go. So things usually don’t change. In Kyrgyzstan there were two revolutions, the first on 24 March 2005, the second on 7 April 2010.
