Rotterdam -  This sign says that the city of Rotterdam has recently dismantled an illegal cannabis plantation in this apartment. (a profitable way for people with a low income to make extra money)  It is remarkable that they copy the shield form which real estate agents use for marking houses that are for sale. Both signs affect the  neighborhood climate in quite a different ways.  And why show off a criminal activity we are probably unaware of?
