Bishkek -
Manhole is the door to the sewerage.
The sewerage in Kyrgyzstan was constructed only during the Soviet times. There is no another sewerage in here and there is no answer to the question “how this sewerage was constructed?" Nobody even cares about the sewerage until it got broken.
