Storage is cheap

Qalandia -  Not many people like to live in a village so close to the Wall. Walls is better said. The Walls serpentine through the landscape. In Qalandia they are circling around the old Qalandia airport (closed in 1954) and keep the Palestine away from Jerusalem. If you want to go to your next door neighbour it might cost hours of travel. So to lease space for storage in the village is a business model. Apparently there is valuable stuff inside as we see camera's all around.
