Ramallah -  The financial district is in development as you can see. There are building that are half way like this one, buildings that only have a billboard showing a bright future. There are also buildings that are stuck half way. Wall street could be one of these if you look at the amount of pure rubbish that is 'decorating' the Casco. Money laundering?
