Ramallah -  Wearing a headscarf does not mean you cannot look fashionable. The speciality here is to make a large hairdo that shows despite the scarf. The lady is smoking a water pipe, which is common in all restaurants and on terraces. Alcohol is only available at new trendy spots. Not appreciated if you drink alcohol in public here. The wine from Bethlehem is superb by the way.
