Ramallah -
These dry-stone walls are the remains of an agricultural life that once existed in Ramallah before turning into a city after the 1950's. Dry-stone walls are part of the mountainous landscape in Palestine. They are used as retaining walls for agricultural terraces, or as boundaries between land properties.
