Development for Whom??

Dhaka -  Although Bangladesh has been made significant progress in achieving MDG 2: Universal Primary Education for All by 2015, still significant number of children remain out of schools or dropped  out at the early grade of their study in primary school. The situation equally same in both urban and rural areas.
